A balance, a price chart, and detailed analysis don’t make an activity a reliable way to build wealth.
Betting apps can look like financial apps. You can track performance, compare prices, and talk about returns. That presentation doesn’t change how the money is earned or lost.
Paying for the excitement of following a game can be an entertainment choice. Expecting the same activity to pay your bills is a different expectation, with different consequences if it loses.
Some people do profit from gambling. That possibility doesn’t make it a dependable savings plan for everyone else.
If the money came from savings or another goal, be clear about that decision. Calling it an investment doesn’t remove the chance that none of it comes back.
